Atmaca employs “standard work” within the framework of overall quality management and visual controls to make it easier to identify the current situation and problems. Each employee is responsible for the quality of the work and aims to ensure that bad quality is never passed on to the next level. A detailed examination of the basic features and functions of each manufactured product helps to ensure both the quality of the manufactured product and the stability of the production process. 

At every level of the process, from material entrance through product manufacturing and delivery, we monitor the quality of the items we produce, taking into consideration the expectations of our customers. With our ISO 9001 Quality Certificate , we ensure the participation of all employees in the total quality system and their development through regular training.

As Atmaca Elektronik, we take the necessary precautions to protect the environment and our world while designing and manufacturing high-quality products.

For the recycling of electronic waste, we have created recycling points around our country. We are determined to continue our efforts to produce and package our products with environmentally friendly and sustainable materials.

In accordance with our ISO 14001 Environmental Management quality standards, we manage each of our processes, from raw materials through manufacturing, logistics, and waste collection, in a way that minimizes the damage to nature.

Occupational health and Safety

Atmaca Electronics has adopted the principle of creating a safe working environment where its employees, guests, subcontractors and interns are protected from work accidents and occupational diseases. Occupational health and safety trainings are given, which will cover everyone entering the factory and include basic safety principles. 

On the basis of occupational health and safety, the “preventive approach” concept has been implemented.

With the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, it is aimed to predetermine work-related risks such as illness, injury, and accident and to avoid them with preventive measures.
